Arzu Studio Hope (www.arzustudiohope.org) is a social business enterprise that provides hope for impoverished communities. Currently their focus is in Afghanistan where they help women, their families and communities by employing them at above market wages to create unique, hand-crafted rugs. 93 percent of funds generated through operations go directly back to the communities they work with. ARZU addresses three interdependent needs:Â consistent and improved employment, access to education, and access to basic healthcare, with a particular focus on maternal and infant care. The approach strengthens women physically and builds self-confidence to enrich them emotionally. This forms a vital foundation of support, which empowers women and builds healthy families, thriving communities and a more sound and secure country.
As their interactive agency, Rhythm Interactive has provided a multitude of services. A website redesign was of primary importance along with an online marketing plan. We created an eCommerce website complete with a content management system tied into an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. In conjunction with the site development, the online marketing plan was formulated and included initiatives around email marketing, search marketing and social media. Once finalized, the plan was reviewed with the client and a final course of action was set. Initiatives launched and currently in action include:
