CreativeHeads.Net (CHN) has been a client for over 6 years.  During that time we developed their website and have assisted with email marketing initiatives. CHN recently saw one of our email announcements that was promoting our presence on Twitter. They called us and wanted to learn how they could take advantage of Twitter and other social media channels to grow their business.

Our social media team met with key stakeholders from CHN to better understand some of their key business goals. We then spent two weeks researching activity for them and their industry on various social media channels. Our next step was the creation of a detailed social media marketing plan. It included tactics for Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Our next step was to set up each channel and help CHN develop content and manage conversations through those channels. Now that the program is live, we spend time each week working with CHN to post content, review comments and channel actively. We make recommendations and work to act on them. Within the last 30 days, CHN has seen their followers on Twitter and Facebook more than double and on Linkedin, more than triple.

CreativeHeads.Net is thrilled with the results and having fun socializing online!
