CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) is the global leader in real estate services. They offer to clients services that range from leasing commercial office space, to managing high rise buildings, to managing the construction of office locations.
The Construction Services division of CBRE, which helps large clients manage the process of building out space – making it “occupant ready”, came to Rhythm Interactive with a marketing need. Their goal was to produce a video that would help them sell their services by promoting their new management software called Project Insight.
After discussing the business needs for the tool, the project team agreed a solid video presentation would be developed highlighting four key user roles. Each role would be viewer-activated and tell the story of a user’s specific interaction with Project Insight and how they benefited from that interaction. To develop this interactive video tool Rhythm Interactive provided the following services:

The project was performed on a tight timeline and ultimately completed over an eight-week period, just in time for CBRE to showcase the new tool at a Construction Services sales kick off meeting. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and the product is now actively being used to sell CBRE’s superior ability to manage client construction projects.
