USDA Forest Service

The USDA Forest Service was established in 1905 and is an agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The Forest Service manages public lands in national forests and grasslands, which encompass 193 million acres. The mission of the USDA Forest Service is to sustain the health, diversity, and productivity of the Nation’s forests and grasslands to meet the needs of present and future generations.

In 2008, the USDA Forest Service engaged Rhythm Interactive to help them create a website that brought woodworking professionals together with providers of specialized training as part of a greater effort to foster growth in the primary and secondary woodworking industries. In 2009, Rhythm Interactive developed a full online media campaign designed to drive traffic to the new site. Rhythm developed a full media plan, designed and implemented the creative concept and components, and are currently managing the campaign through it’s year-long life-cycle. Since launching the media campaign in March, we’ve realized a 45.3% increase in member sign ups on the site exceeding our projected goal of 16%.
