Rhythm Interactive is a full service interactive advertising agency located near the heart of Orange County in Aliso Viejo, California. We combine strategic marketing, user-centered design and elegant technology to create immersive brand experiences across a variety of channels in order to engage our clients’ customers, convert prospects and increase sales. To accomplish our work, we follow a process called the RI-5 Framework for success that begins with “Insight,” which includes planning and discovery.
Insight is where we organize the project and prepare to roll up our sleeves and dig in. This includes identifying the business goals for the project and the constraints the team must work within. We also work to understand the brand, the business environment and the user’s needs in order to define the correct design requirements. Once we complete Insight, we move into “Innovate.”
As a “strategy first” company, Innovate is where we spend a great deal of time as it is entirely focused on strategic planning. In this step we assimilate the findings gained in Insight and envision a solution that will gracefully bridge business goals and user needs.
The outcome of this step is the Strategic Design Plan in which we articulate the precise problem that is to be solved, describe and illustrate the vision for the solution, and we create an exhaustive list of design imperatives that include functional and technical requirements. With the strategic design plan in hand, we now have the guide for all subsequent design activities. At this point the other three steps of the RI-5 process are followed to complete the solution for the client we are working for.
This is what differentiates us from the slew of companies out there that I call “website design companies.” We don’t simply design a website, we develop a solution that meets specific business goals through the creation of engaging user experiences. We could not do this without taking the steps necessary to develop a clear cut strategy that identifies the why and the how. It is through this approach that we are able to get to the all important “so what” that is the key driver of business transactions at any level. We are able to deliver on the promises we make to our clients because we understand their goals, we know their clients and we figure out how to join them together.
