Ellison Technologies

(by Craig Cooke, CEO)

Ellison Technologies is a provider of advanced machining solutions to North American metal-cutting manufacturers and their global affiliates. Through multiple locations across the United States, they distribute high-end manufacturing machines and provide value-added services such as manufacturing consulting and equipment financing.

Ellison Technologies contacted Rhythm Interactive almost a year ago to discuss their overall interactive strategy for their upcoming fiscal year.  Shortly thereafter, Ellison selected Rhythm Interactive to provide service and support for their entire fiscal year.

The first initiative was making necessary modifications to their website. We made graphic modifications and improved upon accessibility to each location’s home page. Every site visitor is automatically directed to their corresponding Ellison homepage based upon their location.  The site has been programmed with geocoding to recognize the geographical location of each site visitor.  In addition, ongoing site management issues are fulfilled through a retainer arrangement. Currently, Ellison utilizes our email marketing solution, RhythmMail, to deliver promotional emails to select target markets. Soon, an email and corresponding site newsletter system will be deployed, fully designed by Rhythm Interactive.

Upcoming projects include a new content management system (CMS) to replace their old CMS tool, search marketing via search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising.

The results have been extremely positive with internal management, staff and outside customers. Rhythm Interactive values the relationship that has developed and is looking forward to developing further solutions that improve operational efficiencies, attract new customers and retain existing customers.
