Law Offices of Tous & Gonzalez

(by Peter Bohenek, President)

TOUS & GONZALES specializes in California Workers’ Compensation Defense. The firm has established an impressive reputation as defense counsel in the workers’ compensation industry — exclusively representing employers, insurers and third-party administrators.

TOUS & GONZALES (T&G) came to Rhythm Interactive (RI) to create a new brand for the firm, as Gonzalez had just been promoted to a higher-level position. Working closely with the firm, RI was able to determine the appropriate brand look that would resonate with the intended target market and, at the same time, accurately communicate the firm’s essence.

The work that was performed included:

  • Logo Development
  • Color Palette Selection
  • Website Development
  • Content Writing Services
  • Business Card Design
  • Presentation Folder Design
  • Letterhead Design
  • Printing Services

The process was smooth as T&G was actively involved and available for project review milestones and for creative input when needed. The content writing helped speed the process along, as T&G was generally very busy with client casework and did not have the time or the resources to generate content. RI’s talented staff writers interviewed T&G personnel over the phone for approximately sixty minutes. Within several days after the call, content was written and approved.

The other components of the project were performed according to the project schedule, and the overall result was a new brand identity for TOUS & GONZALES that was extended to the website and all printed materials. Overall the project was a complete success as T&G was pleased with the results and has received positive feedback from clients.
