The process begins with understanding client goals and objectives. This involves several meetings with a client to learn about their target market, their sales approach, and from a macro perspective what they want to achieve in terms of Internet marketing. Armed with this information, Rhythm Interactive formulates a strategy to accomplish specific goals and objectives, which are identified during the client interview process. Based on the strategy at both a micro and macro level, a solution is planned, developed and implemented. This usually involves the creation of a website, search engine optimization, newsletter programs, and site level conversion tools.

Once the solution is in place, Rhythm Interactive exercises its right to analyze. We work to gather as much intelligence as possible in terms of information related to marketing efforts. This involves the use of website statistics, search engine reporting software, email statistics and several proven methods to gather and analyze data related to client marketing programs.

Once the information is gathered, detailed reports are created that identify specific results related to each individual effort and to the overall strategic solution which was implemented. The reports include detailed recommendations that are then performed to increase the effectiveness of the overall program.

Rhythm Interactive feels that there is nothing better than having detailed information with regard to results. Decision-making becomes much easier when we can clearly see and understand exactly what is happening when customers or prospects reach a client’s website or receive an email. It becomes easy to spot what is working in terms of increasing site traffic, generating sales or creating leads for the client’s sales department to follow up on.

Each month Rhythm Interactive meets with each client to review program reports. Meetings include the review of the previous month’s results and detailed discussions about what is working and what’s not. Then working together with the client, decisions are made to improve the program. Each month this happens, and each month Rhythm Interactive focuses on improvement.
