Primera Technology, Inc., is the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of CD/DVD duplication and printing equipment. Their products are distributed in over 85 countries and are in use by top companies from around the world.

Last summer, in partnership with our alliance partner, Dynamic, Rhythm Interactive helped migrate primera.com and primerastore.com to our dedicated hosting solutions. Shortly thereafter, Primera contracted Rhythm Interactive to redesign both websites. Primera.com was redesigned first and was well received by Primera staff members. Primerastore.com was an ecommerce site that needed a more robust solution. Rhythm Interactive redesigned the site utilizing StoreSense ecommerce technology. The StoreSense solution provides a wide variety of high-end features such as inventory management, real-time shipping quotes, printing of shipping labels, relational upselling and more.

Primera has realized many benefits from the new ecommerce site. Sales and traffic have improved as well as productivity for staff members. Previously, individual orders were entered manually into their sales software. Now, orders are entered automatically and sent directly to shipping. Reporting of daily orders is quick and easy as well. This increased productivity translates into cost savings.

Primera has experienced so many benefits, it’s best to hear exactly what they have to say.

The Shipping Department says:
  • “It’s much easier to process and ship orders. We simply pick up the preprinted packing list, fill the order and stick on the preprinted label.â€
