Bolton & Company fulfills insurance needs for some of the world’s largest corporations. Their operations consist of over 120 insurance professionals that place over $150 million in annual premiums on behalf of their clients. Their offerings include business insurance, personal insurance, surety bonds, employee benefits, estate planning, risk management and human resource consulting. They are one of the few remaining full service insurance brokerages. Rhythm Interactive has provided quality solutions for Bolton & Company for the past four years.

The first project was the development of a CD-ROM business card. A multimedia commercial and interactive presentation was produced as an informative tool to aid in the sales process. Rhythm Interactive completed the project from start to finish, including manufacturing.

The next project was the redesign of the boltonbenefits.com website. The redesign involved developing a web identity that reflected the professionalism of the organization. This was accomplished, and other similar projects followed: boltonschools.com and boltonco.com.

One challenging project was the development of boltonhr.com. Years earlier, another company contracted by Bolton failed to deliver. Bolton & Company elected to assign the project to Rhythm Interactive due to a proven track record. The challenge was organizing the information and creating an easy-to-use website so clients could access information quickly. An original website, it contains a wealth of information on human resource topics. It is primarily used as a value-add tool for Bolton clients. Recently, a major upgrade to the site was performed. The entire site is now database driven, and a content management system was implemented giving Bolton & Company complete control of the site. This allows them to save time and money by performing updates themselves instantly at their convenience.

Bolton & Company has benefited from the relationship with Rhythm Interactive by having one company provide quality interactive services. Website hosting, development and management have been consolidated for all the Bolton web properties. The brand identity has been unified and consistent across all web properties, and feedback from Bolton clients has been extremely positive in regards to all projects developed by Rhythm Interactive.
