I admit it, I’m an addict, an iPhone addict. I can’t seem to put the device down for long periods without going into withdrawals. I can’t stop talking or writing about it either. Even though some staff members may make fun of me (Rita!) I can’t help but tap away at this wonderful device.

Surfing the web on the phone is awesome and the overall user experience is far superior to other phones I have had in the past. But what does it for me are the apps. The breadth of what is being created and the opportunities available are incredible. I won’t bore you by listing all my apps but some of my favorites are social media based, specifically the Facebook and LinkedIn apps. Very addicting. I just downloaded another cool app called iTranslate. A simple language translation program that has support for a ton of foreign languages. One of the more esoteric apps I have is MayanTime which converts our current calendar into the Mayan Calendar. Not very practical but interesting none-the-less. I’ll top it off with my Bloomberg app. It’s a fantastic source for quick news on the market.
