Craig Cooke

CEO & Co-Founder
January 1996-Present

Craig brings over 19 years of interactive, marketing and management experience to the company. As CEO, Craig drives the direction of the company through his vision, strategic development and execution. He is actively involved in marketing initiatives, research and development, business development, vendor selection and strategic partner development. He also participates in hiring, organizing project teams and producing high-quality solutions that deliver true value to clients. Craig takes a consultative approach to problem solving with clients. Essentially, he believes in helping people, delivering quality, demanding excellence and being accountable.

Spanning his leadership role at Rhythm, Craig has worked with notable clients such as U.S. Bank, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Anthem Blue Shield Blue Cross, State of Connecticut's Department of Culture and Tourism, Abbott Laboratories, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Barona Resort & Casino and many others. He has initiated and executed the design and development of large-scale websites, e-marketing solutions, search marketing consultation and implementation, corporate identity strategy, video production and custom CD-ROM, DVD and USB-based projects.

Prior to founding Rhythm Interactive, Craig worked as Operations Manager for Eagle Fire Protection where he designed and implemented technology-based solutions to streamline company processes and save on the bottom line. Craig shares his knowledge and passion for interactive marketing and technology by speaking at various industry-related seminars and has taught multimedia and design classes at Cerritos College and Chaffey College.

Peter Bohenek

President & Co-Founder
January 1996-Present

Peter brings more than 17 years of marketing and management experience to Rhythm Interactive. As President, Peter is actively involved in all aspects of the business from forecasting and managing financials to planning and monitoring marketing strategies, from recruiting quality talent to pursuing business development opportunities. With all this on his plate, Peter always takes an interest in every client Rhythm Interactive works with and makes sure that their objectives and goals are being met. Peter believes in accountability and expects all Rhythm Interactive team members, including himself, to deliver top-quality products and service on time, every time.

During Peter's tenure at Rhythm Interactive, he has successfully supervised numerous integrated marketing projects, exercising an in-depth understanding of "best practices" to achieve the highest quality results for all clients. From development to implementation, Peter has managed all aspects of various client marketing strategies to ensure that client needs are consistently met.

Prior to founding Rhythm Interactive, Peter worked in Commercial Real Estate and managed many high-rise office buildings. In this role, Peter learned the disciplines of running an organization, recognizing key talent and managing team members. Peter has served as President for several networking organizations and is currently an active member of Digital Media Marketing Organization (DMMO) and the Orange County Chapter of British American Business Council (BABC).

Tony Brinton

Chief Strategy Officer
March 2007-Present

Tony Brinton has 17 years of strategic brand marketing, user experience design, creative advertising and design management experience. As Chief Strategy Officer for Rhythm Interactive, Tony leads the research, analysis, and strategic planning to create closed-loop, integrated performance marketing programs that help Rhythm’s clients increase revenue, reduce costs, build brand awareness, empower employees and strengthen customer relationships. Tony has a creative, yet business-minded approach to problem solving and he believes that successful solutions are achieved by gracefully bridging business goals and user needs through smart strategy, exceptional design and elegant technology.

In addition to his 4+ years at Rhythm, Tony has held leadership positions at a variety of firms in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, New York City, Aspen, Rhode Island and Santa Monica, including two interactive marketing agencies, two eBusiness consulting firms, a boutique design studio and two integrated marketing communications agencies.

Over the years, Tony has designed and managed large interdisciplinary teams to develop several lead generation websites, campaign microsites, social media strategies, search engine marketing programs, display advertising campaigns, email communications, eCommerce Sites, eBusiness solutions, interactive kiosks, promotional screen savers, interactive CD-ROMs, brand strategies, corporate identity packages, promotional videos, direct mail, print advertising and collateral. Tony's representative clients have included Boeing, Eli Lilly, AIG, American Airlines, Panasonic, DIRECTV, Aetna, 3Com, Intel, Ziff-Davis, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, Agilent Technologies, Levis, Hewlett Packard and many more.

Tony is a classically trained painter and draftsman having earned a BA in Fine Art from San Francisco State University in 1995. His paintings have been exhibited in juried shows in San Francisco, CA and Aspen, CO.

Since completing his bachelor’s degree, Tony has continued his education with formal coursework in brand strategy, advertising, marketing communications, design management, leadership, business consulting, project management, package design, creative writing/storytelling, architecture, information design, human factors/usability engineering and software engineering.

Hannes Meyer

Chief Creative Officer
April 2003-Present

Hannes brings over 15 years of interactive and industrial/transportation design experience to Rhythm Interactive. As Chief Creative Officer, he directs and works along side a word-class creative team that creates effective brand experiences that achieve the client's business goals. He leads the strategic concept development and believes design should inspire, solve problems and contribute to a sustainable society.

He invests a great deal of time to closely examine competitors, researches and understands the intended user-experience before sketching out concepts, ensuring that design elements clearly communicate client objectives. In his role as Chief Creative Officer, Hannes also manages any and all motion graphics production and video shoots on behalf of clients.

Prior to joining Rhythm Interactive in 2003, Hannes applied his design and technology talents as a formerly-trained automotive designer where he worked for such recognized brands as Volvo and Porsche.

When not busting out the good stuff at Rhythm, Hannes enjoys...spending time with his wife, 2 boys (14 and 12 years) and 2-year-old daughter. He's an avid surfer and loves the ocean. As a formerly trained automotive designer, he loves working on his 1965 GTO.
