Craig Cooke
CEO & Co-Founder
January 1996-Present
Craig brings over 17 years of interactive, marketing and management experience to the company. As CEO, Craig drives the direction of the company through his vision, strategic development and execution. He is actively involved in research and development, business development, vendor selection and strategic partner development. He also participates in hiring, organizing project teams and producing high-quality solutions that deliver true value to clients. Craig takes a consultative approach to problem solving with clients. Essentially, he believes in helping people, delivering quality, demanding excellence and being accountable.
Throughout Craig’s career at Rhythm, he has worked on a wide range of projects for diverse clientele. He has initiated and executed large-scale websites, email marketing solutions, search marketing, corporate identity, video projects and large CD-ROM and DVD-based projects. Notable clients Craig has worked with include U.S. Bank, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Anthem Blue Shield Blue Cross, State of Connecticut’s Department of Culture and Tourism, Abbott Laboratories, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Online Trading Academy, Port Plastics, Orange County’s Credit Union and many others, large and small.
Prior to launching Rhythm, Craig worked as Operations Manager for Eagle Fire Protection, converting old-fashioned manual tasks into modern computer-based activities. Craig received a BS degree in Business from Cal Poly Pomona with a major in Operations Management and a minor in Marketing. He graduated in the top fifteen percent of his class and is a member of the Golden Key Honor Society. During his years at Cal Poly, he worked in the Multimedia Design Center which introduced him to the world of interactive media. This was the birth of his passionate quest to immerse himself in all things related to interactive new media. Craig has also taught multimedia and design classes at Cerritos College and Chaffey College. He actively speaks on interactive media at various seminars and conferences and regularly contributes to Rhythm Interactive’s newsletter, The Source.
Peter Bohenek
CFO/Marketing Director & Co-Founder
January 1996-Present
Peter brings over 17 years of marketing and management experience to Rhythm Interactive. As the CFO/Marketing Director and Co-Founder, Peter oversees the financial and marketing activities of the company. He is actively involved in shaping and achieving the strategic financial and marketing goals of Rhythm Interactive. This includes budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and research, market and competitive analysis, business development, and strategic partnership building. He also plays a role in hiring, organizational development and producing solutions that consistently meet client goals and objectives. Peter strongly believes that being accountable and delivering what is promised on time, every time is what makes Rhythm Interactive the high caliber company that it is.
During Peter’s tenure at Rhythm, he has successfully supervised numerous integrated marketing programs, exercising an in-depth understanding of “best practices” to achieve the highest quality results for the clients he serves. He has managed all aspects of client accounts including the development and implementation of short and long-range communications strategies to ensure that client needs are consistently met. Overall, Peter has planned and executed large-scale websites, email marketing solutions, search marketing, corporate identity, and video projects and large CD-ROM-based projects. Notable clients include: CB Richard Ellis, Consumer Portfolio Services, US Forest Service, Johnson & Johnson, BioSense Webster, Cisco, Toshiba, State of Connecticut’s Department of Culture and Tourism, Microsoft, Printronix, Abbott Laboratories, Noritz, L.A. Lifestyle and an assortment of many others.
Prior to founding Rhythm Interactive, Peter worked in the Commercial Real Estate Industry as a High-Rise Building Manager. There he learned the disciplines of running an organization and managing a team of highly qualified and uniquely skilled individuals. This has translated well toward his seasoned ability to operate a business, and recognize and recruit key talent for positions within Rhythm Interactive. Peter earned a BS degree in Business from Cal Poly Pomona with a major in Finance and a minor in Marketing. He has served as President for several networking organizations and is currently an active member of Digital Media Marketing Organization (DMMO) and the Orange County Chapter of British American Business Council (BABC)
Tony Brinton
Creative Director
March 2007-Present
Tony brings 12 years of user-centered design, creative advertising, strategic brand consulting and design management experience to Rhythm Interactive. As Creative Director, Tony guides the strategic planning and creative design of integrated marketing communications programs that help Rhythm Interactive's clients increase revenue, reduce costs and build trust in their brand. Tony has a creative, yet business-minded approach to problem solving and he believes marketing success is achieved by gracefully bridging business goals and user needs.
Prior to joining Rhythm, Tony has held director-level positions at a variety of firms in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, New York City, Rhode Island and Santa Monica, including two interactive marketing agencies, one global eBusiness consulting firm and two integrated marketing communications agencies. Over the years, Tony has designed and managed large interdisciplinary teams to develop several B-to-B web-based applications, eCommerce Sites, online brochures, interactive kiosks, promotional screen savers, interactive CD-ROMs, online advertisements, html email communications, brand strategies, corporate identity packages, direct mail, print advertising and collateral. In the past, Tony’s representative clients have included Panasonic, DIRECTV, Aetna, 3Com, Intel, Ziff-Davis, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, Agilent Technologies, Sun Chemical, Expanets, Levis, Hewlett Packard, Mitsui Chemicals, Boylan Bottling Company and many more.
Tony is a classically trained painter and draftsman having earned a BA in Fine Art from San Francisco State University in 1995. His paintings have exhibited in juried shows in San Francisco, CA and Aspen, CO. Since completing his bachelor’s degree, Tony has continued his education with formal coursework in design management, leadership, project management, business consulting, advertising, marketing communications, creative writing/storytelling, usability engineering and software engineering.
Hannes Meyer
Senior Art Director
April 2003-Present
Hannes brings over 10 years of Interactive and Industrial/Transportation design experience to Rhythm Interactive. As Senior Art Director, Hannes leads the concept development and design efforts that help create engaging brand experiences for Rhythm’s clients. He guides Rhythm’s Interactive Designers to create fresh, immersive solutions that captivate targeted audiences and achieve our clients’ business goals. Hannes strongly believes design can and should inspire, solve problems and contribute to a sustainable society.
Prior to joining Rhythm, Hannes has worked as an Industrial/Transportation designer for companies like Volvo, Porsche and Caterpillar. He has been involved in the design for the Porsche 911, the Volvo S80 sedan and a new generation of Wheel loaders for Caterpillar. He has worked for Yummy Industries and founded Yummy International, creating animations and videos for Zurich Financial Services and SWISS RE.
Hannes has received a Bachelor of Science in Transportation Design from the acclaimed Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA, where he graduated with honors in 1998. Hannes keeps up on the latest trends and technologies of the interactive industry and always wants his next project to be the best of his career.
