Insight

The purpose of the Insight Phase is to first understand the business goals for the initiative and the constraints the team must work within. Then the team must gain valuable insight to understand the brand, the company’s products and services, the business environment, target audiences and their goals, in order to define the correct design requirements.

Results:

Achievable, measurable success criteria is established and the project management framework is defined. The team has the necessary information to imagine the right solution for the challenge.
