The purpose of the Innovate Phase is to assimilate the findings from the Insight Phase and envision a solution that will gracefully bridge business goals and user needs.
Activities:
- Articulate precise problem to be solved
- Describe/illustrate vision for solution
- Create exhaustive list of design imperatives, functional and technical requirements (May require changes in scope)
Deliverables:
- Strategic Plan
Results:
The strategy and vision are set to guide the subsequent architecture and design activities.
