The purpose of the Implement Phase is to facilitate the production of the final, working product. Material is then produced to help transition the organization into the new business capability. Rules and policies are documented to help the organization understand and maintain the solution. Finally, the program is launched and Rhythm Interactive helps the organization get the most out of the solution.
