The instruction takes place mostly in a live classroom environment at one of Online Trading Academy's locations around the world, but they also offer free online courses and home study materials for franchise partners via CDs that can be purchased from their website.

Challenges

Online Trading Academy had the professional content and teaching methods that prospective traders were looking for, but the presentation quality of their virtual courses and home-study CD materials were not representative of the valuable content delivered through these channels. In addition, Online Trading Academy had been running e-mail marketing campaigns but had not integrated their efforts with their SalesForce.com CRM solution.
