Senior Business Development Executive
Description and Responsibilities:
Full-service interactive marketing agency in South Orange County is seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. You’ll be representing some of the best interactive strategists, designers and developers to sell solutions that create immersive brand experiences for our clients. You’ll enjoy a comfortable workspace, a full-feedback environment and a culture that fosters collaboration, growth, sharing and learning.
Your primary focus will be to generate leads through your existing personal contacts as well as new customers through cold calling and networking. Generating sales for Rhythm Interactive will require an extensive knowledge of interactive media, including website design/development, search marketing, Email marketing and CD-ROM disc-based marketing. Additionally it will be important to quickly learn, understand and excel within our internal working processes.
As a new business professional you will be responsible for generating revenue for the company by identifying and closing opportunities with large size, Fortune 1000 and global companies.
We are looking for high-performing, business-building sales professionals with impressive track records and a history of exceeding goals. Qualified candidates will have a consultative approach to selling and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Accurately representing the Rhythm Interactive brand to prospects and clients
- Identifying and closing new opportunities
- Creating and presenting customized presentations
- Leading the process of responding to RFPs
- Completing detailed proposals
- Presenting to executives, sophisticated marketers and tech professionals of all levels
- Coordinating and communicating with cross-functional company resources
- Negotiating contracts and pricing
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Developing a growing understanding of our technology, solution sets, and keeping up with Industry developments
- Reporting on sales progress and attainment of goals to management
- Some travel required
