Job Description:
We're looking for a team player to execute a large number of projects initiated by our clients and internal directives. This involves proactively performing technical discovery, estimating, organizing and carrying out tasks efficiently and effectively.
To qualify for this position, you need to be able to work well from the high-level conceptual stage throughout the project to the final development stage. You need to have thorough knowledge of usability for interactive media, a solid understanding of design for current web and multimedia technologies, and possess expert level skills with cross-platform development. You need to collaborate exceptionally well with Interface Designers, and Interactive Producers to rapidly build conceptual prototypes that lead to finished products. You must be willing to embrace a strong procedural method. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You need to be organized, dependable and have experience juggling multiple tasks/projects to be successful in this position.

Duties include:
- Conduct requirements analysis and document findings
- Collaborate with designers, developers and strategists to conceptualize solution
- Develop Rich Internet Applications using Adobe Flash/Air
- Develop web-based applications
Requirements
- In-depth working knowledge of Adobe Flash
- Expert knowledge in Flex 4/4.5
- Ability to create custom skins is a must
- Ability to create custom components is a must
- Strong ActionScript 3 skills
- Ability to create and understand custom event creation and handling
- Understanding of polymorphism
- Strong programming skills with .Net 4 (using C#), MSSQL and IIS 7
- MVC3+ and Razor syntax
- Umbraco experience
- Strong skills with CSS, AJAX, XML, XSLT, JQuery and XHTML
- Ability to convert graphic assets into Flash applications
- Standards-compliant front-end web coding
- Experience developing reusable code libraries
- Strong oral and verbal communication skills in conveying engineering concepts in a team-based environment
The following skills and/or experience are considered a plus but not required:
- Working knowledge of mobile app and mobile web development
- 5+ years of digital agency experience
