Account Coordinator

South Orange County, CA based interactive marketing agency is looking for an exceptionally talented person with 2+ years experience to fill a challenging Account Coordinator position. Requirements
To assist the Account team in the coordination of marketing projects for external and internal clients, and support the Account Director with special projects and office-wide initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather and coordinate project information with internal departments, clients and any outside vendors
- Manage project timelines and documented requirements
- Manage project files, project schedules, agendas for meetings, and transcribe meeting minutes
- Liaise with clients as requested by Account Director
- Schedule internal and client meetings
- Manage, organize and gather content from client for website-related projects
- Evaluate database lists in Excel or CSV files and import properly in email platform system
- Perform quality assurance testing for client projects
- Edit and update page content for client websites via various Content Management Systems
- Assist in the development of change orders and estimates
- Assist Traffic Manager with mid & month end invoicing
- Adhere to company systems and workflow processes to ensure all client and project related information is stored properly on the server
- Strive to provide knowledge and deliver service that exceeds client expectations
- Assist in web research for current client projects and new business pitches
- Always be on the lookout for ways to improve a client's business and expand the agency's relationship
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of digital experience. Advertising/Digital Agency experience preferred
- Bachelor degree in business-related area required
- Have a solid understanding of data management, site architecture, technical requirements, and workflow
- Macintosh/Windows platform skills are necessary, including internet, email and programs
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Very detailed oriented & diligent
- Must be a self starter and team player
